What is AI Roleplay?
AI Roleplay is a cloud-based, browser-only platform for communication and sales training. It replaces passive, video-based e-learning with live, AI-powered practice conversations. Learners have realistic spoken dialogues with AI characters that behave like real prospects, hiring managers, or customers — and receive instant, objective feedback after every session.
No special hardware is required: it runs in any modern browser.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”The platform has three layers:
Content. Administrators and managers create AI personas (the characters a learner talks to), roleplays (the scenarios), and learning spaces (structured programmes that bundle roleplays in order).
Practice. Learners hold a live, spoken conversation with a persona. Each session is recorded, transcribed, and scored automatically.
Analytics. Performance data is aggregated across sessions, learners, teams, and spaces, giving managers and administrators visibility into skill development over time.
Who uses it
Section titled “Who uses it”| Role | What they do |

| Manager | Creates and manages personas, roleplays, learning spaces, and teams; reviews performance. The content creator. |
| Learner | Practises roleplays, works through learning spaces, uses JD Roleplay and Resume Analysis, and tracks personal progress. |
