Learning spaces

A learning space is a curated training programme — a collection of roleplays that learners complete in a defined order. Think of it as a course or learning track.

Create a space

Select Spaces in the sidebar, then Create Space.
Enter a name, description, and tags.
Select Add Content and choose the roleplays to include, in the order learners should complete them.
Assign individual users or whole teams so they can access it.
Select Publish to make it live for assigned learners.

Manage a space

From the space detail page you can reorder roleplays, add or remove learners, and view the progress report. Learners see only the spaces assigned to them, in their My Spaces dashboard. You can edit a published space at any time — changes appear immediately.

The space card layout shows brand-accent colours, a quick-edit pencil icon, a deadline badge (if set), and a leaderboard trophy (if enabled).

Space reports

Select Report on any space to view:

Overall completion percentage per learner.
Which roleplays each learner has completed.
Per-session performance scores and session duration.
Transcript excerpts from individual sessions.
