Skills, industries & job roles
Skills, industries, and job roles are the taxonomy building blocks used to tag and organise all roleplay content. Managers use them when creating personas and roleplays, and they make large content libraries easy to filter.
Skills
Section titled “Skills”Skills represent the competencies a roleplay is designed to develop — for example Objection Handling, Active Listening, or Closing Techniques. Go to Skills in the sidebar to add, edit, or delete skills.
Industries
Section titled “Industries”Industries organise content by sector — for example SaaS, Healthcare, or Financial Services. Go to Industries to manage the list.
Job roles
Section titled “Job roles”Job roles let you target roleplays to specific positions — for example Account Executive, SDR, or Customer Success Manager. Go to Job Roles to create and edit roles.
