Getting started (Admin)

This guide is for administrators. As an Administrator you have full access to every configuration, user account, report, and setting on the platform.

  1. Open your AI Roleplay URL in a browser (provided to you at account setup).

  2. Enter your admin email and password, then select Sign In.

  3. You land on the Admin Dashboard showing platform statistics.

The dashboard shows:

  • Key statistics — active users, total sessions completed, roleplays created, and spaces published.
  • Quick-action buttons — Create Roleplay, Create Space, Invite User, and View Reports.
  • A notification bell with alerts for completed analyses, system events, and user actions.

The left sidebar is organised into role-based groups so you can find things quickly. As an Admin you see all three groups:

  • Admin — User management, Settings, AI Provider, Feature Control, Token Usage, Audit Log.
  • Manager — Personas, Roleplays, Spaces, Teams, Skills, Industries, Job Roles.
  • Learner — JD Roleplay, Resume Analysis, My Progress.

Each group is collapsible.

A typical first-time setup runs in this order:

  1. Configure platform settings and branding.

  2. Set up your AI provider.

  3. Review feature control to enable the modules you want.

  4. Define your taxonomy — skills, industries, and job roles.

  5. Invite your team from user management.
