Learning spaces & teams

Learning spaces and teams structure how content reaches learners. Managers build and run most of these — see the Manager guide for full detail. As an Admin you have the same controls across all content.

A learning space bundles multiple roleplays into a structured programme that learners complete in order.

  • Create a space with a name, description, and tags.
  • Add roleplays in the order learners should complete them, using the visual graph builder (with pass/fail branching for adaptive paths).
  • Assign individual users or whole teams.
  • Set completion deadlines and optionally enable a leaderboard.
  • Open Report on any space to see per-learner progress, completion percentages, scores, and time spent.

A team groups learners so you can assign them to spaces in bulk — the recommended approach for organisation-wide rollouts.

  1. Go to Teams → Create Team and enter a team name.
  2. Add members from the user list.
  3. Assign the team to one or more learning spaces.

Open Team Reports to see aggregate performance across all members and spaces, filterable by team and space.
