Your report

After each session, the platform analyses your conversation and produces a detailed performance report. Open it with View Report from the completion screen, or from your reports list.

What the report includes

• Overall score (1–100) with a rating — poor, average, good, or excellent — and a written summary of the session.
• Tone analysis — the dominant tone detected, with a score and explanation.
• Strengths — what you did well, with evidence from the transcript.
• Weaknesses — the most significant area to address.
• Growth areas — a list of specific, actionable improvements.
• Objective completion — whether you met the scenario’s objectives.
• Coaching recommendations — concrete tips to apply next time.
• Per-criterion scores — each evaluation criterion scored individually, with justification tied to what you said.
• Timestamp segments — each question-and-answer exchange rated separately, so you can see exactly where you were strong or weak.

You can download the full report as a PDF, and play back the session recording where available.

Improving

Re-practise the same scenario to see your score change over time. The My Progress page charts your average score across attempts. Most learners see measurable improvement within a few sessions on the same scenario.
