User management
Manage every account on the platform from Users in the left sidebar. The user list shows each person’s name, email, role, status, and avatar.
Invite a user
Section titled “Invite a user”- Select Invite User.
- Enter the user’s email address.
- Choose their role: Admin, Manager, or Learner.
- Select Send Invitation. They receive an email with a sign-up link.
Invited users get a temporary credential and an accept link. On first login they verify their email with a one-time code.
User roles

| Admin | Full platform access — settings, all users, all reports, all content. |
| Manager | Create and manage personas, roleplays, spaces, and teams; view space and team reports. |
| Learner | Join spaces, complete roleplays, view personal reports, and use JD Roleplay and Resume Analysis. |
To change someone’s role, open their record and update the role field. You can also approve pending registrations and ban or unban a user (with an optional reason).
Invitations
Section titled “Invitations”Go to Users → Invitations to see all pending invitations. You can resend or revoke any invitation from this page. Invitations move through the states pending → accepted / expired / revoked and are valid for 7 days.
Search and avatars
Section titled “Search and avatars”The Users page has a live search bar — type any part of a name or email to filter the list in real time, with no page reload. Each row shows the user’s profile avatar, or an automatically generated initials avatar if they have not uploaded a photo.
