My Progress

My Progress is your personal training dashboard. Open it from the Learner section of the sidebar.

It shows:

  • All sessions you’ve completed, with the date, duration, and AI score.
  • A performance trend chart — your average score over time, so you can see whether your practice is translating into measurable improvement.
  • Skill coverage — which skills you have practised and which you have not attempted yet.
  • Totals — your total session time and number of sessions completed.

Use it to focus your practice: repeat scenarios where your scores are low, and try roleplays that cover skills you haven’t practised yet.
