This page lists the features currently available in AI Roleplay, grouped by area. Capabilities still in development are not listed here.
Accounts and access
Section titled “Accounts and access”- Sign up with email and password, or sign in with Google.
- Email verification by 6-digit one-time code (OTP).
- Password reset by email link.
- Admin invitations with temporary credentials and an accept link.
- Four-tier role model: Learner, Manager, Admin (and Super Admin).
- Login audit log (who signed in, when).
Personas
Section titled “Personas”- Build AI characters with a name, job title, company, personality description, and behaviour.
- Choose a tone from 13 options (Professional, Friendly, Critical, Empathetic, and more).
- Assign a realistic voice from the ElevenLabs voice library.
- Upload a custom avatar or use a system default.
- Up to five weighted evaluation criteria per persona.
- Public/Private visibility with a draft badge.
- AI-suggested evaluation criteria generated from the persona’s role.
Roleplays
Section titled “Roleplays”- Build a scenario with a name, description, context, persona, and time limit.
- Custom evaluation criteria and soft-skill dimensions.
- Configure follow-up questions and when the AI may end the conversation.
- Visual Scenario Builder for branching conversation flows.
- Generate a full scenario from a short plain-English brief or a job description.
- Share with individuals or whole teams; revoke access per recipient.
- Public/Private visibility and admin publish controls.
Practice sessions
Section titled “Practice sessions”- Live, two-way voice conversation with the AI persona.
- Microphone and speaker selection with permission prompts.
- Split-screen practice room with live transcript and a speaking indicator.

- Per-user session quotas (daily / weekly / monthly) with clear limit messages.
AI analysis and reports
Section titled “AI analysis and reports”- Overall score (1–100) with a rating and written summary.

- Objective-completion tracking and concrete coaching recommendations.
- Per-criterion scoring tied to transcript evidence.
- Timestamp-by-timestamp segment analysis of each exchange.

Learning spaces and teams
Section titled “Learning spaces and teams”- Bundle roleplays into ordered programmes (learning spaces) with a visual graph builder and pass/fail branching.
- Assign spaces to individuals or whole teams; set completion deadlines.
- Team management with aggregate team reports.
- In-app notifications when content is shared.
Career tools
Section titled “Career tools”- JD Roleplay — generate a complete interview simulation from a job description in seconds.
- Resume Analysis — upload a résumé and job description for a match score, ATS score, gap analysis, keyword suggestions, and a downloadable PDF report.
Administration
Section titled “Administration”- Branding (logo, colours, border radius) and SMTP/email configuration.
- AI provider configuration (OpenAI / Azure OpenAI compatible).
- Feature control to toggle modules on or off.
- Taxonomy management: skills, industries, and job roles.
- Usage quotas and per-user overrides; token-usage reporting.
- Versioned system prompts and an administrative audit log.
Languages
Section titled “Languages”The interface is available in English and French. The AI keeps each session in the persona’s language, and users can switch language from the header.
