These two AI career tools are used by learners but configured and overseen by admins.

JD Roleplay

JD Roleplay auto-generates a complete interview simulation from a job description: the AI reads the JD, creates a matching interviewer persona, and builds a roleplay scenario in seconds.

Admin view. Go to JD Roleplays to see all auto-generated roleplays across the platform. You can review, edit, publish, or delete any of them. The table shows the associated JD title, the learner who requested it, the creation date, and status — acting as a quality gate before content is visible platform-wide.

Resume Analysis

Resume Analysis lets learners upload a résumé and a job description and receive a detailed AI matching report with scores, gap analysis, keyword suggestions, and a downloadable PDF.

Settings. Go to Admin → Resume Analysis Settings to configure the retention period — how long completed analyses are stored before automatic deletion (default 15 days).

Admin view. You can see all submitted analyses, including the learner, the job title, the match score, the ATS score, and the submission date.
