Reports & analytics

• Roleplay reports — from any roleplay, view all sessions run against it: who completed them, when, duration, and per-criterion AI scores.
• Space reports — per-learner progress within a space: roleplays completed, score per session, and overall completion percentage.
• Team reports — aggregate performance per team across all assigned spaces; filter by team and space to drill in.
• My Progress — your own personal training dashboard, with completed sessions, a score-over-time trend chart, and skill coverage. Useful for experiencing the learner journey before rolling out to teams.

Token usage & quotas

• Token Usage — a full log of every AI call: the triggering feature, the user, the model, prompt and completion tokens, and estimated cost.
• Usage Quota — set per-user session/token budgets to prevent any one user consuming a disproportionate share of the AI budget. Set a global default and per-user overrides, and view usage analytics over time.

Audit log

Go to Audit Log for a complete, timestamped record of administrative actions — user creation, settings changes, content publish/delete events, and more. Use it for compliance, security review, and troubleshooting.
