Getting started (Manager)

This guide is for managers. As a Manager, you are the content creator for the platform: you design the AI characters (personas), build the roleplay scenarios, organise them into learning spaces, and track how your learners perform.

You do not manage platform settings, user accounts, or billing — those are handled by your Admin. If you need a user invited or a feature enabled, contact your Administrator.

When you log in, your dashboard shows:

  • Summary stats — total roleplays you have created, active spaces, and learner completions.
  • Quick actions — Create Roleplay, Create Space, and View Reports.
  • Recent activity — the latest sessions completed by learners in your spaces.

The left sidebar is organised into role-based groups:

  • Manager — Personas, Roleplays, Spaces, Teams, Skills, Industries, Job Roles.
  • Learner — JD Roleplay, Resume Analysis, My Progress (you can use these features too).
  1. Build a persona — the AI character.

  2. Create a roleplay that uses it.

  3. Optionally design a branching flow in the Scenario Builder.

  4. Bundle roleplays into a learning space.

  5. Assign a team and track results in reports.
