How it works
Section titled “How it works”- A learner uploads their résumé and a job description from their dashboard.
- The AI extracts the role, creates a realistic interviewer persona, and builds a tailored interview roleplay.
- The learner launches the session immediately.
- After the session they receive a scored performance report.
Manager view
Section titled “Manager view”In the JD Roleplays section you can see all JD-generated roleplays. You can review, edit, publish, or delete any AI-generated content before it becomes visible platform-wide — this acts as a quality gate.
