JD Roleplay automatically generates a full interview simulation from a job description. The AI reads the JD and creates a matching interviewer persona and scenario in under a minute.

How it works

1. A learner uploads their résumé and a job description from their dashboard.
2. The AI extracts the role, creates a realistic interviewer persona, and builds a tailored interview roleplay.
3. The learner launches the session immediately.
4. After the session they receive a scored performance report.

Manager view

In the JD Roleplays section you can see all JD-generated roleplays. You can review, edit, publish, or delete any AI-generated content before it becomes visible platform-wide — this acts as a quality gate.
