My Skills (for learners)

The My Skills dashboard is each learner’s personal view of their development. It shows an overall mastery ring, due-soon reminders, and a card per allocated master skill that expands to reveal groups, skills, and the exact activities behind each score. Learners can jump straight from a skill to the activity that develops it — no hunting across courses — and charts (radar, donut, and goal- progress bars) visualise where they stand.

Managers and admins can open any learner’s dashboard to review their progress.

Matrix report (for managers and admins)

The matrix report shows skill mastery across many users at once — people down one axis, skills or master skills across the other — with colour-coded scores, filters, frozen headers for wide tables, and export.

Coverage report

The coverage report highlights how well your activities cover your skills — useful for spotting skills that have no mapped activities, so you can close gaps in the framework.

All scores use consistent colour coding (green achieved, orange in progress, red not started or a critical gap), always paired with a percentage and icon so colour is never the only signal.
