Settings
Section titled “Settings”The plugin’s settings control the score thresholds for the green / orange / red colour bands and the achievement threshold at which rewards fire, along with related options. All thresholds are configurable, so you can match them to your organisation’s standards.
CSV import
Section titled “CSV import”Rather than building everything screen by screen, you can bulk-load data by CSV:
- Hierarchy import — create skills, groups, and master skills in one upload.
- Goal-setting import — allocate master skills to many users at once.
- Activity-mapping import — map skills to activities in bulk.
- Org-structure import — create departments, roles, and assignments.
Each import validates the whole file before saving, and sample CSV files are available to use as templates.
Reminders
Section titled “Reminders”You can configure email reminders that nudge learners about their allocated skill goals — for example when a goal is due soon or overdue. Reminders are sent through Moodle’s messaging, so Moodle cron must be running for them (and for the background score refresh) to work.
